molding. The shell molding equipment provides castings with close tolerances.
Our sand system provides for high quality sand castings.
Our
Aluminum heat treat furnace provides close control of the temperature
profiles required for aluminum castings.
Patterns
are made to close tolerances to provide castings which meet commercial and
government requirements as specified in the customer purchase order.
Finishing
operations are done with various equipment which includes machine wheelabrating,
sand blasting, grinders, cut-off saws, drill presses, etc. applied to comply
with specific quality specifications for each casting.
